According to Alfredo Pedulla, Fiorentina are moving closer to an agreement for Leeds United winger Jack Harrison, with talks advancing towards a positive conclusion.
There has been no movement in the last 24 to 36 hours and no travel has been arranged, yet negotiations are continuing and the 29-year-old is expected to leave Leeds before the window closes.
The Viola are pushing for a straightforward loan, a setup that would strengthen their attack without an immediate financial outlay.
An option to buy is under discussion, though the priority is to close the deal on terms aligned with the club’s current strategy.
Harrison is fully on board with the switch, having given his approval, and an agreement is already in place with his representatives. From the player’s perspective, the chance to experience Serie A and take a key role in Florence is an appealing next step.
