The Brazilian defender, a key figure at the Club World Cup with Flamengo, has rejected a significant offer from Zenit St. Petersburg because he wants to become a new Roma player.

Meanwhile, Flamengo are set to play against São Paulo tonight at 9:30 PM (Italian time).
The poster released by the club on social media features several players, but not Wesley.
This is yet another indication that the 2003-born player is close to joining Gian Piero Gasperini’s side.
