Flamengo see opening offer for Zé Lucas rejected by Sport | OneFootball

Flamengo have identified Sport midfielder Zé Lucas as a 2026 target, with an opening bid already turned down.

According to Coluna Do Fla, the club offered five million euros, around R$ 31.5 million, at the end of 2025, which Sport rejected. Sport have asked for 15 million euros, R$ 94.4 million, to negotiate.

Porto also offered eight million euros, R$ 50.4 million, for the 17-year-old, which was likewise refused.

A Sport academy product, Zé Lucas made 34 appearances in 2025. Despite the club’s relegation, the midfielder stood out and is a regular for Brazil Under-17s.

Flamengo are in the market for a midfielder due to Allan’s possible departure. Short of minutes under Filipe Luís, he is in advanced talks over a one-year loan to São Paulo.

The club also want to add a goalkeeper, a winger and a striker for 2026. A deal is already agreed for Internacional centre-back Vitão to bolster the defence.
