Flamengo’s official X account was hacked on Thursday night during the Recopa Sudamericana match at Lanús in Argentina. As reported by Globo.com, the breach occurred in the first half.
The club halted its customary live text at 26 minutes of the opening period. The intrusion lasted only a few minutes.

Near the end of the half, the account published random posts carrying suspicious links, shout-outs to individuals referencing states, and mentions of rivals.
The final post warned supporters not to click on any recent links or messages until the club confirmed that everything was normal.
X, formerly Twitter, is the platform in question.
