FOCUS ON POSSESSION AND FINISHING AT MILANELLO

The team met at Milanello this morning, usual meeting for breakfast before going to the locker rooms for a training session, still with reduced numbers due to some rossoneri being involved with their national sides.

REPORT The group, included players from the Milan Futuro side, took to the field straight away for a joint-training session, beginning with muscular activation exercises carried out with cones and some low obstacles. The training session continued with some possession-based drills which came before a series of "challenges" 1vs1 and 2vs2. Following a number of technical exercises focusing on finishing, a small match was played to bring an end to the training session.
