Former Arsenal goalkeeper Graham Stack is aiming to raise £500,000 through a charity boxing gala that will see former Premier League players take to the ring.
The event is taking place at the Grosvenor Hotel in Mayfair on October 18 and has been backed by Joe Cole, Peter Crouch and Ray Parlour.
Five fights will be taking place across the night, with former world champions Darren Barker, Enzo Maccarinelli, and James DeGale helping to train the former footballers.

The other four bouts include Curtis Davies facing Paddy Kenny, Leroy Lita taking on David Noble, Lee Trundle squaring off against Anthony Gardner and Greg Halford vs Marvin Elliott.
As well as the fights, a charity auction will take place and there will be surprise appearances from music, film, and sports stars.
Fans have been told to “expect fireworks” in the main event between Bentley and Morris.
“The main event is a sizzling north London vs west London clash. David Bentley, known for his audacious flair and pinpoint crosses, steps into the ring with tenacious midfielder Jody Morris, a street-smart scrapper with a never-say-die spirit.

“Trained by Kev Mitchell, Bentley’s slick footwork meets Morris’ relentless grit, coached by Darren Barker, in a grudge match to settle a Premier League rivalry that’s been simmering for decades. Expect fireworks as these two trade blows in a battle of style versus substance”.
The aim of the night is to raise £500,000 for the charities Helping Hands, The Willow Foundation and Sport In Mind.
“These legends are stepping out of their comfort zones to throw punches for a purpose,” said Stack.
“With a star-studded crowd, world-class entertainment, and a mission to change lives, this night will be etched in history.”
