Former Leeds United and Chelsea owner Ken Bates has died aged 94.
Chelsea said in a statement that he died peacefully in Monaco on Saturday morning, surrounded by his wife and family.

News of his death emerged on Saturday afternoon.
Chelsea paid tribute to their former chairman, sending condolences to his wife Suzannah, his family and his friends.
The club praised his resolve during difficult periods and his drive to push the team to win trophies.
