Former Tottenham sporting director Fabio Paratici nearing Milan move | OneFootball

Fabio Paratici has quite the resume as a sporting director and he is almost certainly returning to Serie A soon.

The former Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus sporting director is rumoured to be close to agreeing a deal to take over the role at Milan, as per Corriere Dello Sport. TeleLombardia cameras caught him earlier today, as he was exiting a hotel in the city, presumably after a meeting with Milan CEO Giorgio Furlani. The 52-year-old did not say anything to the journalists and he did not seem particularly pleased by the fact that the media had intercepted him. Paratici will be tasked with the responsibility of choosing a new manager for next season for Milan, once he has taken over his duties. Cesc Fabregas, who is currently in charge of Como is a rumoured candidate for the spot among others,vin addition to the option of continuing with Sergio Conceciao. The Italian was handed a 30-month suspension from football back in January 2023 after his former club Juventus were found guilty by an Italian court of false accounting. He is technically still under contract at Spurs and therefore can only join Milan once that is over in the summer.
