Foundation to host Spooky Health and Wellbeing Day

The Leeds United Foundation are delivering a Health and Wellbeing Day at Elland Road in the October Half Term, open to children aged five to 11 years old.

The event will be hosted on Friday 31st October between 10am and 2pm in the East Stand, with coaching staff from the club's official charity encouraging attendees to dress up in Halloween costumes if they wish to, as the theme of the day is ‘Spooky’.

This Health and Wellbeing Day is an exciting opportunity for children to participate in a variety of relevant workshops which include learning about Healthy Eating, Mental Health and Physical Activity.

The itinerary for the day will be as follows:

Healthy Eating workshop, including the Witch’s Cauldron smoothie making.
Elland Road Stadium Tour and spooky quiz.
Lunch break (please note, all children will be required to bring their own packed lunches and drinks, as these will not be provided).
Mental Health and Physical Activity workshop.
Spooky Arts and Crafts session.
Celebratory ceremony to give out medals and certificates (please note, all children in attendance will receive a certificate and medal for participating).
