Fulham have signed Norway winger Oscar Bobb from Manchester City for £27 million.
According to reports, Manchester City will keep a 20% sell-on clause and matching rights on any future offers for the 22-year-old.

Bobb has struggled for minutes at the Etihad Stadium this season, making 15 appearances and fell down the pecking order following Manchester City’s signing of Antoine Semenyo in January.
The Norway international last played on 17 December in the Carabao Cup against Brentford, leaving the match injured after 20 minutes.
The winger has agreed a five-and-a-half-year contract with Fulham and will wear the number 14 shirt.
