Marco Silva has repeated frustration over Fulham’s quiet summer but says staff and board are aligned on January needs. A striker, right winger and central midfielder top the list.

Fabrizio Romano reported talks with Manchester City over Oscar Bobb, with a proposal around £35m. The 22-year-old Norway international has 15 appearances this season but is out with a hamstring issue. City are open to a sale, with Borussia Dortmund monitoring.

Fulham are pursuing PSV’s Ricardo Pepi after a £26m offer was rejected. Romano says a second bid is imminent, although the 23-year-old broke his forearm on 10 January and could miss about two months. He is seen as a long-term option, with Raul Jimenez likely to leave this summer.

AZ Alkmaar’s Troy Parrott has been linked, per Miguel Delaney. The Republic of Ireland forward, 23, has nine goals, one more than Pepi in fewer games, and is attracting Wolfsburg and Real Betis.

Sky Sports says Fulham are discussing Udinese midfielder Arthur Atta. Romano reports an £18m bid was rejected, while Peter Rutzler suggests Udinese want closer to £35m. The 23-year-old would add box-to-box qualities in central areas.

talkSPORT has reported Harry Wilson could leave when his contract expires at season’s end. Silva says there is “zero chance” of a January exit and the club want a new deal, though talks are not close. His own contract also expires this summer and he has yet to commit.
