The Nigeria international hopes to hit the ground running in SW6
Samuel Chukwueze said Fulham already feels "like home" after he completed a move from AC Milan.
The 26-year-old underwent a medical earlier on Deadline Day and has now joined on a season-long loan deal with an option to make it a permanent transfer next summer.
Chukwueze joined AC Milan two years ago but has struggled to consistently produce his best form, scoring just four Serie A goals across 51 appearances.
“I’m so happy to be here," Chukwueze said after signing.
"It’s an amazing club. It feels like home, because I have my people around me. I feel at home already, and I can’t wait to get started.”
It has been a hectic Deadline Day in west London, with Chukwueze just one of a number of deals Fulham are pushing to complete.
The club have also agreed a deal for Shakhtar Donetsk’s Kevin, while deal sheets are believed to have been submitted for Chelsea winger Tyrique George and Bayern Munich forward Jonah Kusi-Asare.
Chukwueze will wear the No19 shirt at Craven Cottage and joins Nigeria team-mates Alex Iwobi and Calvin Bassey at the club.
Fulham vice-chairman Tony Khan said: "I’m thrilled to welcome Samuel Chukwueze to Fulham!
"He is an explosive athlete and tremendous talent, who has gained valuable playing experience in Europe with Milan and in international competition for Nigeria.
"He is joining us on a season-long loan with a permanent option, and we are very excited to have him at the Club! Come on Fulham!"
