Galatasaray ready to do whatever it takes for Victor Osimhen
Galatasaray is determined not to let Victor Osimhen slip away. The Turkish club is now willing to meet Napoli’s financial demands, with the Italian side asking for €75 million to release the Nigerian striker.
According to Football Italia, Galatasaray’s offer would be structured in two payments: €40 million up front, followed by €35 million in a second installment. This proposal finally matches the Italian club’s expectations, after an initial €70 million bid was deemed insufficient.
Despite this decisive step, the transfer is not finalized yet. Some bank guarantees are still missing. Galatasaray’s management must present solid letters of credit to cover the full operation. However, the Turkish club remains confident. Another meeting between both parties is scheduled for Saturday morning, with Istanbul’s negotiators even postponing their return flight.
Victor Osimhen shone last season in Galatasaray colors, while on loan from Napoli. In 41 matches, he netted 37 goals and provided eight assists across all competitions. His outstanding performance convinced the Turkish board to make a major investment to sign him permanently.
