New signing Marc Guéhi takes to the CFA training pitches for the first time after completing his move to Manchester City.

The England international joins the Blues from Crystal Palace, who he’d captained since the beginning of the 2024/25 campaign.

A composed and consistent defender, Guéhi has become one of the Premier League’s top centre-halves in recent years, helping the Eagles win their first major honour last season in the form of the FA Cup.

The summer prior to that, he’d helped England reach the Euro 2024 final and could be an important figure for the Three Lions at the 2026 World Cup.

With City taking on Bodo/Glimt in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday afternoon, Guéhi will have to wait to link up with his new team-mates.

He could be in line for his debut when we face Wolves at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday 24 January and, ahead of that Premier League tie, he was hard at work on the CFA pitches.
