Lens beat Toulouse 3-2 at Stade Bollaert-Delelis, staying second in Ligue 1 after Ismaëlo Ganiou's stoppage-time header completed a rousing fightback.

Cristian Casseres put Toulouse ahead in the sixth minute with a right-footed strike from distance. Seny Koumbassa then glanced in a corner (13.). After a VAR review, Yann Gboho was sent off (17.).

After the restart, Allan Saint-Maximin's introduction tilted the game. His whipped cross found Saud Abdulhamid for a header (61.), before Adrien Thomasson drilled in the equaliser from the centre of the box (67.).

Thomasson also hit the bar as pressure built (70.). Deep in the first minute of second half stoppage time, substitute Andrija Bulatović delivered from the right and Ganiou rose to head into the top left.

Guillaume Restes kept Toulouse in it with 10 saves as the visitors clung on. Lens posted 41 attempts, 13 on target, and dominated possession at 77.8%. Toulouse mustered five attempts and made 57 clearances under siege.

Lens host Toulouse in the Coupe de France semi-finals next.
