Gianluca Mancini has been at the center of much talk revolving around increasing reports of tension within Roma’s dressing room.
The defender and vice-captain was recently involved in such an episode as he is said to have gotten into a harsh argument with coach Ivan Juric at halftime of Roma’s debacle with Fiorentina.
Juric is said to have gotten mad at the way Mancini failed to track back and pursue Moise Kean on Fiorentina’s first goal.
This fight resulted in Mancini remaining in the team’s dressing room for the entire second half, refusing to return to the bench.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Mancini has already apologized to the coach and the team and is likely to be involved from the start in tonight’s match with Torino.
