Gilberto Mora speaks out on future amid Barcelona & Real Madrid links | OneFootball

Mexican sensation Gilberto Mora has late this week spoken out on the ongoing speculation linking him with a move to one of European football’s leading clubs.

This comes amid the common knowledge that the Club Tijuana starlet is in the sights of Spanish football’s two leading sides.

Barcelona and Real Madrid have both been keeping a close eye on Mora’s development for some time now.

His standout performances at the recent U20 World Cup have only served in furthering his reputation, with the midfielder/winger widely considered to be a future superstar in the making.

Those behind the scenes at both the Camp Nou and Santiago Bernabéu will therefore no doubt be interested to learn of Mora, this weekend, providing an update on his future.

Speaking during an interview with ESPN, as cited by Diario Sport, the 17-year-old admitted:

“I have managed to get several clubs to look for me; I don’t know, but I try to focus on my football, on the field, which is the most important thing. It (a transfer) is going to happen by itself.”
