Giovanni Fabbian commented on tonight’s match: ‘It’s a shame, losing always hurts. Even today we played a tough game, defending well and conceding a goal that could have been avoided. Then we did well to open it up again but we couldn’t hold on to the result. We know what kind of competition the Champions League is, we have shown that we can be in it, but something is still missing to give us the results, that bit of conviction in front of the goal. An intense period awaits us, full of matches. There is no time to think, we just have to work and start winning again on Saturday against Venezia.’
