Glamorous Donnarumma wedding to include Haaland, Tonali and Guardiola | OneFootball

Italy international Gianluigi Donnarumma will get married this week, with guests to include Pep Guardiola, Erling Haaland, Sandro Tonali, Paolo Maldini and Nicolò Barella.

The 27-year-old goalkeeper was childhood sweethearts with interior designer Alessia Elefante in their hometown of Castellammare di Stabia, near Naples, all the way back in 2016.

She followed him to Milan, Paris and now Manchester, with their first son Leo born in September 2024.

They announced their engagement in May with the Instagram post: ‘Long-term contract signed.’

Donnarumma set to tie the knot

Their nuptials are planned for this weekend in the Puglia area of Valle d’Itria, marrying in the Chiesa Madre church before the reception in the exclusive Pettolecchia residence.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the guest list will include Manchester City teammate Haaland, fellow Italy internationals Tonali and Barella.

Perhaps attracting the most attention will be the presence of both ex-Milan chief Maldini and former Manchester City manager Guardiola.

The pair have already been in talks for several days over the potential Italy coaching job, so this is another opportunity to remind Guardiola how much he loves being in the Peninsula.
