Go Ahead Eagles host NAC Breda in the Eredivisie on Sunday, 15 March 2026 at De Adelaarshorst, with the home side seeking breathing room in mid-table and the visitors aiming to climb out of the relegation places.

NAC Breda edged the reverse fixture 1-0 in November, but recent meetings have been balanced across league and cup. The Supereagles sit 13th, while NAC arrive 17th and under pressure to turn promise into points.

Form is mixed on both sides. Go Ahead Eagles have lost three of their last five in the league but did beat Heracles 4-0 and won at Excelsior. NAC Breda have picked up four points from their last two, including a 3-3 draw with Feyenoord after wins over Heracles and Volendam in February.

Team news could shape the contest. Go Ahead Eagles are without Gerrit Nauber, Kenzo Goudmijn, Oskar Sivertsen, Pim Saathof and Robbin Weijenberg. NAC Breda travel without suspended defender Leo Greiml and injured forward Moussa Soumano.

On the pitch, the Supereagles have scored 39 league goals and do much of their damage inside the box, backed by frequent wide service. They've delivered 452 open-play crosses at 19.91% accuracy and scored seven headed goals. Mathis Suray leads their tally with nine league strikes, supported by Melle Meulensteen on six. NAC Breda have conceded 42 but showed attacking threat with three against Feyenoord, and Lewis Holtby has supplied five assists this season.

A home win would take Go Ahead Eagles to 32 points and nudge them further from danger. Victory for NAC Breda would move them to 26 points and could lift them out of the relegation places in a tightly packed bottom end.
