Hearts go top despite draw as Leonard sees late red | OneFootball

Livingston 2-2 Hearts, the point lifting Hearts to the top of the Scottish Premiership.

In the fifth minute Stevie May arrowed a right-footed strike from outside the box into the bottom corner for Livingston. Lawrence Shankland levelled with a glanced header from Marc Leonard's cross (24.).

After the restart the Jambos turned it around as Cláudio Braga nodded in from close range from Shankland's headed pass (51.). Lewis Smith restored parity soon after, finishing from close range after a pass from Omar Sebastian Perez (58.).

Jerome Prior kept Livingston in it before the break with smart stops to deny Braga. Alexander Schwolow then saved well from Babacar Fati late in the first half.

After a VAR review, Marc Leonard was sent off in the seventh minute of second half stoppage time.

Hearts finished with 19 attempts and 65.2% possession. Livingston produced 15 attempts and made 39 clearances.
