Hearts face Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership at Tynecastle Park on Tuesday, 10 February 2026, with the leaders looking to strengthen their grip on top spot and the visitors aiming to close the gap on the top four.
Hibernian edged the last meeting 3-2 in December after Hearts won 1-0 in October. The hosts sit on 54 points, five clear of Rangers on matches played, while the visitors arrive in fifth on 39.
The Jambos have three wins and a draw from their last five league games, including a 3-0 victory at Dundee United, though they were beaten 1-0 at St Mirren last time out. Hibs are unbeaten in two after holding Rangers 0-0 and beating Dundee United 3-2, despite a heavy defeat at Falkirk in late January.
The Jam Tarts have scored 47 and conceded only 20, keeping 12 clean sheets, and pose a major aerial threat with 14 headed goals. Lawrence Shankland has 11 league goals and Cláudio Braga has 10. The Hibees boast 80.54% pass accuracy and 41 goals this season, with Kieron Bowie on eight, Jamie McGrath on seven and Martin Boyle on six.
This could tilt on wide service and set pieces. Hearts' crossing and aerial power may trouble Hibs' defence, while Hibs' spread of scorers could punish transitions if the game opens up.
A home win would move the Jambos to 57 points and further cement first place. A victory for Hibs would take them to 42 and could pull them closer to the top four, reinforcing their push from fifth.
