Real Madrid have started the new season without one of their most important players in Jude Bellingham.
The England international has been out of action since July after undergoing surgery on his troublesome shoulder, leading to him missing the first three games of the season.
Initially, it was expected that the 22-year-old midfielder would be out of action until late October or even early November – dealing a major blow to Los Blancos.
But recent days have brought about positive updates about Bellingham’s recovery, with his return now expected to take place much earlier than anticipated.
Indeed, earlier today, Bellingham was seen doing a part of the training session with the rest of his Real Madrid teammates.
The club shared an image of the midfielder being put through the paces along with his close friend and teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Building on that, Defensa Central’s Alexis Rodriguez reports that Bellingham’s recovery is indeed progressing well and unless something changes, he will make his comeback much before than expected.
In fact, the journalist states that it is not at all ruled out that the England midfielder will be ready in time to face Atletico Madrid in the derby later this month.
Real Madrid will lock horns with their neighbours on 27 September at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, and there may now be a chance that Bellingham is available for the short trip across town.
If so, it will come as a major boost for Xabi Alonso & co., although the Merengues are expected to not take any risks and rush things with Bellingham or any of their other injured players like Ferland Mendy, Endrick, and Eduardo Camavinga.
