Inter completed the double with a 2-0 win over Lazio in Wednesday’s Coppa Italia final, and both clubs pocketed several million euros in prize money.

Adam Marusic put through his own net before Lautaro Martinez sealed Inter’s 10th Coppa Italia at the Stadio Olimpico. Calcio e Finanza reports that matchday takings reached €5,636,918.50, a record for the final, while TV audiences were the lowest since the showpiece became single-legged in 2008.

Inter have earned €7.1m from the 2025-26 Coppa Italia, comprising €4.4m for winning the final, €1.5m for reaching the semi-finals, €800,000 for the quarter-finals and €400,000 for the round of 16.

Lazio’s haul totals €4.6m, with €1.9m as losing finalists, and the same stage payments of €1.5m, €800,000 and €400,000.

Both clubs will also receive a share of TV revenues from the final, but the amount has not yet been confirmed and is unlikely to be settled before the end of the 2025-26 season. Inter head coach Cristian Chivu now joins a select group to win the double in their first full season.
