Inter considering Andy Diouf’s summer transfer | OneFootball

Serie A league leaders Inter signed Andy Diouf from Lens last summer. The midfielder’s future at the Nerazzurri is now in doubt and he could depart in the summer.

The 22-year-old has struggled to make a mark at Inter. He has played only 15 times in Serie A, never really convincing too many and also falling down the pecking order in recent months.

Tuttomercatoweb report that Inter have decided to sign a new midfielder in the summer. They are very keen on signing Atalanta’s Ederson, with renewals of Hakan Calhanoglu, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Nicolo Barella appearing likely.

This will leave Diouf out of the Nerazzurri’s plans for next season. That is why they are ready to consider his sale in the summer as it will make room for another midfield signing.

Inter would also be interested in sanctioning a loan but would ideally prefer a permanent deal worth €20m. This would hand them a capital gain, having paid Lens around €20m themselves.
