Inter Miami to face Nashville or Atlético Ottawa in 2026 Champions Cup last 16 | OneFootball

The club said in a statement that Concacaf’s draw for the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup has set Inter Miami to face either Nashville SC or Atlético Ottawa in the Round of 16, after its first-ever 2025 MLS Cup win secured an automatic bye.

The 61st edition will run from February to May 2026 in a five-round knockout format featuring clubs from North America, Central America and the Caribbean. Round One begins in early February and the Round of 16 in March.

Quarter-finals are in April, semi-finals across April and May, and the final is on Saturday, May 30. Concacaf will confirm dates for Inter Miami’s first and second legs in due course.

Inter Miami qualified directly by beating Vancouver Whitecaps 3-1 to claim the club’s fourth trophy and first MLS Cup presented by Audi.

This will be the club’s third Champions Cup campaign, following a 2023 debut that reached the quarter-finals. Five clubs are pre-seeded for the last 16 by Concacaf Club Rankings, with Deportivo Toluca FC in Matchup 1, Inter Miami in Matchup 5, Seattle Sounders FC in Matchup 8, LD Alajuelense in Matchup 4 and Mount Pleasant FA in Matchup 2.

In total, 27 clubs compete, with 22 starting in Round One and five receiving byes to the Round of 16. Season Ticket Members for 2026 will have an exclusive window to buy tickets, with further details to follow.
