Inter Milan leadership reportedly remains fully supportive of new manager Cristian Chivu amid a mixed start to their Serie A campaign.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, Udinese’s stunning win at San Siro has not destabilized Chivu’s position.
Cristian Chivu enjoyed a sparkling Serie A debut as Inter manager, overseeing a 5-0 thrashing of Torino.
However, the Nerazzurri had a harsh reality check in round two as Udinese pulled off a 2-1 victory in Milan.

Inter’s shortcomings on both ends of the pitch came to the fore in their last game before September’s international break.
Indeed, Chivu’s side seemed clueless in attack and fragile at the back.
As a result, Inter’s choice to replace Simone Inzaghi with the Romanian coach has come under scrutiny.
Yet, the Serie A runners-up have no doubt about Chivu’s ability to steady the ship and steer the team back on course.
Furthermore, they’re seemingly unwilling to let one setback derail their faith in their long-term project.
