FC Bayern are apparently watching Yann Aurel Bisseck and Inter Milan are said to have set a clear asking price for the German international
FC Bayern’s plans for the coming season are already underway, with the club continuing to explore the transfer market intensively, particularly in defense – and one name apparently remains particularly interesting: Yann Aurel Bisseck
As the Italian Gazzetta dello Sport reports, Inter Milan would be prepared in principle to sell the 25-year-old central defender in the summer, with the Nerazzurri’s asking price being around 40 million euros
FC Bayern are said to continue to view Bisseck as a concrete option to strengthen their defense and, according to the report, several other top European clubs are also keeping a close eye on the German international
The fact that Bayern are looking closely at the defender is apparently no surprise to anyone internally. According to several media reports, Bisseck was already considered an exciting profile at Säbener Straße
His versatility in particular makes the defensive player interesting: Bisseck can be deployed in central defense as well as on the right side of defense and also brings enormous physical presence, pace and heading power
Bayern are apparently still looking for just such a flexible defensive player
Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano also recently confirmed that Bisseck is one of the names being discussed by the record champions
What is particularly interesting from Bayern’s point of view is that the defender is said to be open to a move to the Bundesliga, and a transfer to Munich could also be attractive for him in view of the German national team
However, it also seems clear that Inter Milan are by no means willing to sell Bisseck at any price. The Italian champions still see the German as an important part of their defense

For this reason, a transfer would only be considered if a suitably attractive offer were made, and the Italians have apparently already defined a clear pain threshold with the reported demand of around €40 million
There is currently no acute pressure to act at FC Bayern, who have several options in the center of defense with Jonathan Tah, Dayot Upamecano, Minjae Kim and Hiroki Ito
However, should there be any personnel changes in the summer, the Bisseck track could quickly become much hotter.
