International round-up: Hemp and Shaw on target

Lauren Hemp was on the scoresheet as England thrashed China 8-0 in a friendly at Wembley Stadium, whilst Khadija 'Bunny' Shaw grabbed a hat-trick for Jamaica.
Beth Mead claimed a quick brace before Hemp struck to make it 3-0 after just 16 minutes for England.
Georgia Stanway netted a hat-trick, added to by goals from Ella Toone and Alessia Russo in a convincing victory.
City’s Laura Blindkilde Brown and Grace Clinton were unused substitutes.
As for Shaw, she secured a first-half treble in Jamaica’s massive 18-0 victory over Dominica in a CONCACAF Qualifier.
Tara O’Hanlon came on for Republic of Ireland, to play the last six minutes plus stoppage time, helping her nation to a 3-2 victory over Hungary in a friendly earlier in the day.
In the early hours of Saturday, Jade Rose played 72 minutes as Canada were brushed aside 3-0 by Japan in a friendly.
Rebecca Knaak played the entire 90 minutes as Germany and Spain played out a goalless draw in the UEFA Nations League Final first-leg on Friday evening, with Leila Ouahabi an unused substitute for the Spaniards.
In further Friday action, Switzerland’s Iman Beney played 93 minutes for her nation, who fell to a 2-1 defeat to Belgium in a friendly, whilst Kerstin Casparij played the entire game to help the Dutch to a 2-1 win over Portugal in a friendly.
Gracie Prior helped England under-23s to a 1-0 victory over Norway at the Joie Stadium on Thursday night.
The City defender was back on home ground as the young Lionesses secured a win in the WU23 European competition.
In other action on Thursday, defender Laura Wienroither was an unused substitute in Austria’s 1-1 draw with Finland, whilst Eartha Cumings was also an unused sub for Scotland in their 1-1 friendly draw with Ukraine.
