The 45 year old former forward emphasized Salah’s enduring legacy, adding:
"He’ll go down as 1 of the greatest ever in the Premier League and certainly Liverpool legend. This's just passing phase".
Liverpool are enduring rough patch suffering 3 consecutive defeat against Crystal Palace & Chelsea in the league and Galatasaray in the championsleague.
Liverpool next face Man United at Anfield on 19 Oct, where Salah will be eager to silence his critics and return to scoring form.
