Isaac and Jack depart from Elland Road on fundraising journey | OneFootball

Elland Road was the latest checkpoint for Isaac and Jack in their fundraising challenge as they sought to cycle 160 miles from Manchester to Sunderland, raising money for Cancer Has No Colours.

Isaac and Jack are 12 years old, and have already made a huge positive impact by raising more than £40,000 for various charities, including the Bradley Lowery Foundation, Alder Hey Children's Hospital and the Oliver King Foundation.

Over the past five years, Isaac has completed several remarkable fundraising challenges, including walking a combined 75 miles across two separate charity walks.

He has also set a world record by sitting in every seat at Goodison Park, visiting all Premier League stadiums in two days, sitting in every seat at Selhurst Park, and walking between St. James' Park and the Stadium of Light.

For their sixth anniversary fundraising, the pair reached out to Leeds United to seek support for their most ambitious challenge yet as they aimed to complete a 160-mile cycle from Old Trafford to the Stadium of Light, sleeping under the stars at selected stadiums along the route.

As Ambassadors for the Bradley Lowery Foundation, this challenge aims to help them surpass the incredible £50,000 overall fundraising milestone in support of families affected by childhood cancer. The ride proudly supported the Foundation’s “Cancer Has No Colours” campaign while also inspiring other young people to get involved and make a difference within their communities.

Importantly, they actively invited football fans from clubs across the country to join sections of the ride, support the boys along the route, and unite behind the message that cancer has no colours. They aimed to bring supporters together, regardless of rivalry, to show that when it comes to helping children and families facing cancer, football stands together as one community.

The Leeds United Foundation were happy to welcome the boys to Elland Road on Sunday evening prior to them heading to camp, providing refreshments and photo opportunities before Foundation staff were present on Monday morning to give a positive send-off as the pair headed North-East from LS11.

The duo completed their challenge shortly after their visit to Leeds, and commenting on the fundraiser, Isaac said: "For me, it’s about proving to myself that I can do something that’s really tough while raising money for a great cause. Jack and I are both Bradley Lowery Foundation ambassadors, so we’re passionate about raising as much money as possible to support the incredible work the charity does for children and their families. Knowing every mile can make a difference keeps me going, even when it gets difficult.

"The support from the Leeds United Foundation has been amazing from day one. They’ve encouraged us every step of the way and made us feel like we’re part of something much bigger. Knowing the Foundation believes in what we’re doing has really helped keep our spirits up, and seeing the positive impact they have in the local community has made the whole experience even more rewarding. It’s motivated us to keep pushing right to the finish.”
