Jacopo Fazzini ‘offered’ to Lazio as interest cools, Parma option emerges | OneFootball

According to The Laziali, Lazio have been offered long-time target Jacopo Fazzini after a difficult season at Fiorentina, but interest has cooled as other needs take precedence.

The 23-year-old was once viewed as a standout prospect as he broke into Serie A. Lazio tried to sign him on several occasions, including January 2025 when they instead bought Reda Belahyane from Hellas Verona.

Empoli later sold Fazzini to Fiorentina for €10 million in summer 2025. With Fiorentina struggling, particularly in the first half under Stefano Pioli, he managed one assist in 32 appearances in all competitions.

Gennaro Gattuso could use a midfielder capable of operating higher up in his projected 4-2-3-1 after missing out on Bayern Munich youngster Jonathan Asp Jensen. However, the club are prioritising defensive reinforcements, with replacements needed for Alessio Romagnoli and Mario Gila.

Fazzini could instead head to Parma, with his name raised in recent talks between the clubs. He is said to be open to joining the Emilian side.
