Brentford have completed the signing of Jaidon Anthony from Burnley in a deal reported to be worth around £17 million.
The 26-year-old winger has agreed a long-term contract with the Bees, strengthening Keith Andrews' attacking options ahead of the new Premier League season.
Anthony leaves Turf Moor after two productive years. Initially arriving on loan from Bournemouth, he impressed enough to earn a permanent move and went on to make 81 appearances in all competitions. He played a key role in Burnley's Championship-winning campaign, scoring eight goals as Scott Parker's side secured automatic promotion with a 100-point haul.
Although Burnley were unable to avoid relegation from the Premier League, Anthony continued to perform consistently, registering nine goals in 38 appearances, including a strike against Brentford in a thrilling 4-3 defeat last season.
A product of Arsenal's academy, Anthony also enjoyed a successful spell at Bournemouth, helping the Cherries win promotion to the Premier League before establishing himself in the top flight.
