Jamie Vardy tipped to coach or even be Leicester ambassador

It seems as though even the great Jamie Vardy cannot save Leicester City from this devastating Premier League season. As you can tell, the entire east Midlands outfit needs a reset. If the sort out doesn't start from Aiyawatt 'Khun Top' Srivaddhanaprabha, then arguably Susan Whelen OBE and Jon Rudkin should go first.

Whelan, City's Chief Executive Officer, has overseen the darkest part of contemporary team affairs. She was also there for the greatest period of LCFC, though the decline is too much to ignore. Meanwhile Leicester's Blue Army fan base's overall negative thoughts on Rudkin are well publicised. The director of football should leave before he is executively forced out.

If the squad, staff and Foxes board is charged drastically or even slightly, then it would be good to retain certain members. For example, King Power just allowed out of his depth manager Ruud van Nistelrooy to appoint club legend and former midfielder Andy King. King won almost everything domestically as a City stalwart. It would be nice for this to happen more frequently to improve the fighting fabric on Filbert Way.

Another famous Fox may be retiring soon as well. Will Jamie Vardy stay on as a player (most likely) in the Championship for the next campaign? Or is a separate line of work available to the ex-England international? Vardy has now been suggested as a coach or even an LCFC ambassador. Let's hear more.

A new role at Leicester City for Jamie Vardy soon?

It's hard to imagine Vardy hanging up his boots. Let alone the icon eventually leaving Leicester. But he'll turn 39 in the English second tier - if he continues playing.

And JV9 will be 40 the following year if City complete an immediate EPL return. Could he play part-time and coach Foxes stars?

"Jamie Vardy should be given the right to decide his Leicester City future how he sees fit, according to pundit David Prutton. Prutton also stated it could be prudent to keep Vardy in a non-playing role, musing that the 26-time England international could either serve as a coach – or even as an ambassador for the Foxes"FLW
