The Tigers will hope to add quality and experience to their squad in the Premier League
For Hull City, the task of adding to their squad ahead of a first season in the Premier League for nine years begins in a matter of days.
The Tigers were unfancied in many of their Championship matches throughout the regular 46-game season and the play-offs, but have returned to the top-flight under the management of Sergej Jakirovic.
Jakirovic has previously won titles and cups in his home country of Bosnia, as well as in Croatia with Zrinjski Mostar and Dinamo Zagreb, as well as guiding the latter into the UEFA Champions League.
However, he is now one of 20 figures managing in the self-proclaimed 'biggest league in the world', with City's dramatic 1-0 win over Middlesbrough in Saturday's play-off final at Wembley Stadium worth a reported £215m.
This all comes after the East Yorkshire outfit were tipped for a second relegation to League One within a five-year period at the beginning of the campaign, as they were hit with the sanction of an eventual two-window transfer fee restriction by the EFL, just days after the 49-year-old replaced Ruben Selles at the MKM Stadium.
Rather ironically, it was the marquee signing and 19-goal striker, Oli McBurnie, whose 95th-minute winner clinched promotion after Sol Brynn was unable to claim a fizzing cross from Bristol City loanee and substitute, Yu Hirakawa, from the left flank.
Now, like Coventry City and Ipswich Town, the Tigers will hope to nail their upcoming recruitment policy to avoid relegation straight back to the EFL, which both Sunderland and Leeds United have achieved this season under Regis Le Bris and Daniel Farke.

Rather unsurprisingly, City have, without even conducting any transfer business, been made instant favourites for relegation, emphasising a continuation of their 'underdog' status.
10 years ago, the Tigers' pre-season preparations and transfer window were extremely hindered by the controversial exit of manager, Steve Bruce, leaving Andy Robertson as just one of 13 fit senior players to feature in the historic opening-day win over then-Premier League champions, Leicester City.
The Scot was extremely highly-rated throughout his three-year spell in East Yorkshire, which included two relegations and a play-off success of his own versus Sheffield Wednesday, and his feelings towards the club were showcased ahead of Saturday's final as he featured in a 'good luck' montage posted on City's social media channels.
It was reported last month that the Tigers were monitoring the experienced full-back's situation some eight years after he was snapped up by Liverpool for £8m, before winning the Premier League and UEFA Champions League amongst several accolades at Anfield.
However, Sunday's 1-1 draw with Brentford was the last of his 378 outings for the Reds, after it was confirmed that he, as well as Mohamed Salah, would depart at the end of the season.
As such, talkSPORT presenter, Jeff Stelling, believes the Tigers should launch a sentimental offer for the Scotland captain.
said.
"It's going to be an interesting summer for all of those (promoted) clubs."

Although Robertson's affinity with Hull clearly hasn't waned, the truth of the matter is the club would have its work cut out to re-sign the defender.
It has been widely reported that the likes of Tottenham Hotspur - who avoided relegation to the Championship on Sunday - have held an interest in acquiring his services on a free transfer, as well as Spanish giants, Atlético Madrid.
However, talkSPORT have now claimed that Juventus are now exploring the possibility of signing Robertson following the expiration of his contract on Merseyside.
With two of those sides able to offer him European football, it appears sentimentality is the strongest aspect of a potential return to City for the former left-back, although supporters certainly would not be against it.
