João Vitor Gobi to oversee Palmeiras v Santos in Paulistão derby | OneFootball

João Vitor Gobi, 30, will referee the Palmeiras v Santos derby on Wednesday 14 at 19:30 at Arena Barueri in the second round of the Paulistão. According to Diario Do Peixe, Neuza Ines Back and Evandro de Melo Lima are the assistants, with Adriano de Assis Miranda on VAR.

In the Brasileiro Sub-20 they lost 1-0 to Esmac and drew 1-1 with São Paulo at the same venue, while the men’s youth lost 1-0 to Corinthians at Parque São Jorge. He also refereed a 3-2 win over Palmeiras at Allianz Parque in the Brasileiro Sub-17.

For the men’s first team, he was fourth official in two Brasileirão defeats in 2022, 1-0 to Palmeiras at Allianz Parque and 2-1 to Atlético-MG at Vila Belmiro. In 2021 he was fourth official for two Paulista draws, 0-0 with Botafogo-SP at Vila Belmiro and 1-1 with Red Bull Bragantino at Nabi Abi Chedid. In 2020 he was fourth official for the 3-2 loss to Novorizontino at Neo Química Arena in the Paulista.
