Bild reports that Jonas Urbig is expected to be sidelined for eight-10 days after suffering a head injury during Bayern Munich's 6-1 win at Atalanta.

The victory came in the first leg of their round of 16 tie in Italy, though a run of injuries tempered the mood.

Urbig, deputising for the already sidelined Manuel Neuer, was among those injured. The reported timeframe means he will miss Saturday's Bundesliga match with Bayer Leverkusen and is most likely to sit out next week's Champions League return leg against Atalanta in Munich.

Veteran Sven Ulreich is expected to start in goal for both fixtures.

Neuer is expected to remain sidelined for even longer with a muscle fibre tear.
