Josué Casimir back, Lasso Coulibaly out, Clément Akpa a doubt for Auxerre at Monaco in Ligue 1

Auxerre head to Monaco on Sunday at 15:00 for Ligue 1 matchday 30 with Josué Casimir available again, Lasso Coulibaly ruled out and Clément Akpa a doubt. They sit in the relegation play-off place.

According to L'Équipe, head coach Christophe Pelissier said on Friday that Coulibaly, the right winger, felt renewed hamstring discomfort and is out for Sunday.

Pelissier added that doubts remain over Akpa, a left-back or centre-back, who is to undergo an MRI scan because of recurring psoas pain, so his involvement is uncertain.

Moroccan midfielder Oussama El-Azzouzi, sidelined by hamstring then knee issues, has not featured since one February in the 0-0 draw at Toulouse and remains unavailable.

Auxerre’s most recent outing ended 0-0 against Nantes last Saturday.
