Qatar 2025: The Arab Cup introduces its mascot, Juha!

On Sunday, November 23, the official mascot for the 11th edition of the Arab Cup, set to take place in Qatar from December 1 to 18, 2025, was officially revealed.

The local organizing committee has chosen the famous Arab character “Juha” to represent the tournament. This mascot embodies the humorous and wise hero of Arab heritage, renowned for delivering moral and social lessons through entertaining stories.Al Bayt Stadium will host the opening match, where the host nation Qatar will face the winner of the Palestine vs. Libya clash on December 1.In total, 16 teams will compete in the tournament: 9 have qualified directly based on FIFA rankings, while 14 other countries will battle for the remaining 7 spots during the qualifiers on November 25 and 26.
