Jules Kounde names his favourite player in the Barcelona squad | OneFootball

Jules Kounde has made it clear which teammate he enjoys watching most at FC Barcelona, and his answer will not surprise many supporters. In a squad full of talent, the French defender singled out Pedri as the player who stands above the rest in his eyes.

As quoted by Mundo Deportivo, Kounde spoke warmly about the Canary Island midfielder and did not hesitate when naming his favourite player in the squad. He said:

Kounde then spoke in detail about his technique. He said:

“It is really his natural technique. With his right foot and with his left foot, he can turn to the right or to the left. He has an incredible vision of the game.”

Kounde also pointed to a less visible side of Pedri’s game:

“He covers around 12 km per match and, at the same time, he has to win back possession, move the team forward, distribute the ball and break the opposition’s defensive lines. Pedri is absolutely brilliant.”
