Juventus are keen on a deal for Celta Vigo full-back Oscar Mingueza, whose contract is due to expire at the end of the 2025-26 season, but the Bianconeri have a job on their hands if they are to pull off a deal in January according to Monday’s reports.
The Bianconeri are keen to add another full-back to Luciano Spalletti’s ranks, and preferably one that is capable of playing at either wing-back or at full-back in a back four.
According to reports from Fabrizio Romano, the latest name to appear on Juve’s radar is 26-year-old Celta Vigo right-back Mingueza.

The former Barcelona youth player is due to be out of contract on June 30, which means that he will be available for a free transfer in six months time and is currently able to negotiate with whichever team he pleases.
Celta Vigo are still hoping to tie the 26-year-old down to a new deal, but do not have an agreement in place as things stand.
Juventus, meanwhile, are hoping that there is still a chance of pulling off a deal for Mingueza in January. Celta Vigo are reluctant, however, as Barcelona are entitled to a 50% release clause.
Celta Vigo are said to prefer a situation where they lose Mingueza for free and re-assess their own options in the summer rather than losing him for a cut-price fee in January and risk being left short for the remainder of the season.
