In recent transfer windows, PSG have focused on long-term growth rather than chasing big-name fixes, prioritizing young players with high potential.
This year, one of their standout signings was Khvicha Kvaratskhelia from Napoli, a dynamic forward brought in to strengthen an already promising young squad. Kvaratskhelia joined Willian Pacho and João Neves, highlighting PSG’s commitment to building a sustainable project for the future.
Over the summer, La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that agent Jorge Mendes met with the family of Turkish forward Kenan Yildiz, whose value has been rising at Juventus. PSG, along with Manchester City and Chelsea, were reportedly weighing potential offers. While a transfer didn’t materialize, Europe’s top clubs continue to monitor Yildiz closely.

CaughtOffside reported Monday that Yildiz’s representatives are pushing for a salary of around €6 million per year, a figure Juventus view as too steep given their current financial approach and wage limits.
The Bianconeri, already managing tight budgets while rebuilding their squad for the long term, have put negotiations on hold for now. With interest in the young forward rising across Europe, Juventus face a looming choice: meet his demands or risk losing one of the brightest attacking talents they’ve developed in years.
Despite the pause, the club remains firm that Yildiz is a key part of their plans. Sporting management see the forward as a cornerstone for their attack over the next decade. The report suggests Juventus would demand over €100 million to consider a sale, a price meant to reflect both his potential and the serious interest from top European clubs.
