Juventus ‘in talks’ with Fiorentina over €15m-rated Niccolo Fortini

Gazzetta suggests Juventus are in talks with Fiorentina over Italy U21 full-back Niccolo Fortini, valued at around €15m.

The 19-year-old made his league debut for La Viola in September and has 20 first-team appearances this season. Roma are also said to be interested.

Seen as a prospect for the future, Fortini could prompt Juventus to act sooner if an opportunity arises.

Fiorentina are understood to be firm on their valuation, though there may be scope to negotiate the structure of any agreement.

To reduce the cash outlay, Juventus could offer Federico Gatti in a permanent part-exchange, or propose a loan for Rugani.
