Dani Ceballos seems set to depart Real Madrid this summer after having barely featured at the FIFA Club World Cup under new manager Xabi Alonso.
The Spanish international had gained some prominence in the final period of Carlo Ancelotti’s tenure but he was unable to sustain that momentum under the new management.
As such, rumours of a departure have been gaining weight in recent days, with the player and the club both open to a parting of ways.
Now, according to an exclusive report from TuttoJuve, Juventus have set their sights on Real Madrid star Ceballos to strengthen their midfield.

Ceballos, currently on the fringes of Real Madrid’s sporting project, is not part of Xabi Alonso’s plans for the upcoming season, and Juventus are looking to seize the opportunity.
Real Madrid will have the final say on Ceballos’ future but are not ruling out a sale, provided the offer meets their financial expectations.
Meanwhile, Real Betis – Ceballos’ former club – are monitoring the situation closely, although for now, they do not appear financially equipped to compete with Juventus’ proposal.
The Serie A heavyweights are considering several options for the midfield, but signing Ceballos for €12 million is seen as a good balance between quality and cost.
Since joining Real Madrid from Real Betis in 2017, Ceballos has made 192 appaerances. He also spent two seasons out on loan at Arsenal. However, the midfielder could be on his way out of the Bernabeu permanently this summer.
