Juventus have informed head coach Igor Tudor of the decision to sack him this morning.
The Italian side lost 1-0 at Lazio on Sunday, extending the club’s winless run. Juventus have failed to win any of their last eight games across all competitions, while the Old Lady have failed to score in their last four.
The defeat at Lazio leaves Juventus eighth in the table as Italy’s most successful club side struggles for results.
Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Tudor will now be sacked, with u-23 coach Massimo Brambilla to become interim manager while a replacement is sought.
“It’s a tough and difficult time, and we’re all responsible,” Tudor said after the loss at Lazio.
“We need to stay united and work harder together. We prepared for the game well, but we’re still missing something: we need to get it right and we can’t make mistakes at the back. Instead, there are always some mistakes and we lose games.”
Juventus will be searching for a fifth permanent manager since 2019.
