Pierre Kalulu scored a 96th-minute equaliser to grab a 2-2 draw for the Juventus Men's First Team against Lazio at the Allianz Stadium on Serie A Matchday 24.
Juventus dominated the game from the very start. The Bianconeri controlled possession, immediately pushing forward and continuously sitting in Lazio's half. The first chance came from the right, as Andrea Cambiaso cut inside onto his left foot and shot towards goal, but Ivan Provedel was there to make the save.
The Bianconeri's pressure remained constant and soon resulted in another big chance as Kalulu sent in a precise cross from the left for Bremer, who rose high in the box but saw his effort tipped behind for a corner by the Lazio goalkeeper.
Prolonged possession led to another chance on the half-hour mark, with Teun Koopmeiners shooting just wide with a volley. Before the break, however, the visitors broke the deadlock through Pedro.
The second half began with a shock as Gustav Isaksen scored Lazio's second goal on the counterattack. The reaction was immediate, as Kenan Yildiz cut inside onto his stronger foot and tried a curling shot that forced Provedel into a save. In the 59th minute, the Bianconeri reduced the deficit when Cambiaso sent in a precise cross into the box, Weston McKennie timed his run perfectly and headed the ball in.
The hunt for the equaliser continued with Manuel Locatelli showing up at the edge of the box and unleashing a powerful and precise shot that went just wide. With twenty minutes to go, Jonathan David worked the ball in the box and set up Bremer, who appeared at the right time but was stopped at the last moment by Nuno Tavares.
The play often went through Yildiz, who came close to equalising with a shot from outside the box, which was saved by Provedel. With two minutes to go, Edon Zhegrova tried to find a solution on his own, but his left-footed shot flew just over the crossbar. When it seemed all over, Jeremie Boga and Kalulu combined in the 96th minute to make the equaliser, with the former crossing and the latter heading home from inside the penalty area. In the dying moments of the game, Lois Openda had two chances but failed to find the target, and the match at the Allianz Stadium ended 2-2.
