Kylian Mbappé sends message of support to Paul Pogba | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé has this weekend sent a message of support the way of AS Monaco star and fellow countryman Paul Pogba.

This comes fresh off a special day for Pogba on Saturday.

The midfielder yesterday took to the pitch in a competitive setting for the first time since all the way back in 2023.

Pogba, after a previous stretch on the sidelines through injury, was of course banned from football last year, owing to a failed doping test.

As much culminated in the termination of his Juventus contract, before Ligue 1 outfit Monaco afforded the World Cup winner a route back into the game.

And on Saturday, following a long and arduous journey back to full fitness, Pogba at last took to the pitch.

En route to a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Stade Rennais, the Frenchman was introduced to proceedings off the bench during the 2nd-half.

Messages of congratulations, in turn, have since come pouring in for Pogba from across the world of football.

And as alluded to above, amongst the first to make clear his delight for his former teammate was Kylian Mbappé.

In a post on his official Instagram account, frontman Mbappé unveiled a simple photo of Pogba donning the colours of his own past club, Monaco:
