The United boss spoke at length about her players bouncing back in impressive fashion during training this week following last weekend's defeat against Charlton Athletic Women.
Langley admits to having confidence heading into this weekend's clash at the VBS Community Stadium, albeit she recognises that the Eagles will present a tough test.
Here are some of the boss' thoughts ahead of Sunday's clash…
On taking positives from the Charlton performance…
"I thought the game against Charlton was our strongest performance, which makes it harder not to come away with anything in terms of points.
"I thought we were ball-dominant; we had 70 per cent of the ball, which the stats don't lie in terms of who dominated the game itself, but we've missed some chances and conceded a penalty, which was disappointing, but these things happen, and we've got to learn from it and come back stronger."
On the mood within the group this week…
"The mood has been brilliant. It's been a reflective week, a pause point to assess where we're at so far this season. I couldn't be prouder of the reaction from the players and today's session, I thought was really lively and a good preparation for the weekend ahead."
On the Women's FA Cup game against Crystal Palace last season…
"I thought the game against Palace last season was a really good one. I know we lost the game, but I felt like we had a really strong first half. I remember it being a good atmosphere and a performance to be proud of."
On what to expect from the Eagles…
"I expect to see a physical team, I expect to see a very attacking front line, and I expect to see some good quality players that have been in the WSL last season and an experienced coaching team of Joe Potter and Remi Allen, so I'm looking forward to the challenge ahead."
