Lazio are reportedly willing to sell four players who are deemed surplus to requirements in the January transfer window.
The Aquile are determined to lift the transfer ban imposed by COVISOC since the start of the summer so they can resume their operations on the market as normal in the coming months. Claudio Lotito and Co. are optimistic on the front, as they believe that the new supervisory commission will approve their latest financial account and give them the green light.

However, the Italian capital side won’t be given the absolute freedom to sign new players in January, as they must remain within the set parameters. In other words, their expenditures must not exceed their sales. Therefore, Lazio will have to generate funds by selling some of their players.
According to Il Corriere dello Sport, the club is hoping to avoid offloading some of its biggest stars. In recent days, Taty Castellanos has been linked with the exit door, but the management is hoping to resist the temptation to sell the Argentine striker, by instead offloading players who are considered ‘expendables’.
The Roman newspaper identifies four names that Lazio feel they can do without, beginning with Christos Mandas, who has yet to play in a competitive fixture since Maurizio Sarri’s return. The Greek goalkeeper remains an important asset for the Biancocelesti, who are hoping to collect €20 million from his sale. His list of suitors includes Premier League strugglers, Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Moreover, Lazio are willing to part ways with Tijjani Noslin, who hasn’t been able to lock himself a starting role since his arrival in the summer of 2024. However, the Dutchman’s current book value is €16 million, so finding him a buyer won’t be easy. Nevertheless, PSV Eindhoven and Ajax have been keeping tabs on the situation.
Gustav Isaksen is also on the list after losing his starting role to Matteo Cancellieri. The Dane struggled with mononucleosis for several months, which wrecked his pre-season preparations and forced him to miss the first part of the season. The 24-year-old has suitors in Scotland and the Netherlands.
Finally, Nuno Tavares, who was the toast of the town at Formello this time last year, has suffered a steep fall from grace, and Lazio are now willing to sell him. The Portuguese left-back was heavily linked with Simone Inzaghi’s Al-Hilal, who ended up signing Theo Hernandez.
