Le Havre prospect and Aston Villa target to sign first pro contract abroad | OneFootball

Le Havre AC are set to lose another young prospect, according to a report from Foot Mercato. Earlier this year, Enzo Kana-Biyik left the club without ever signing a professional contract with Les Ciel et Marines. He instead left his formative club to sign for Manchester United. 

Foot Mercato understands that Kenny Quetant (19) could follow a similar path in making the move abroad. Whilst he has yet to make his first-team debut, his impressive performances at youth level caught the eyes of Aston Villa in the summer, Foot Mercato reported, but the Premier League side did not wrap up a deal for the young prospect. 

Quetant only on an intern deal at Le Havre

Aston Villa could yet return to make a swoop for Quetant, but in any case, it is expected that the forward will sign his first professional contract abroad. Currently, Quetant is only on an intern contract.
